Terms & Conditions

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment through the Platform.
• Package prices are per person unless stated otherwise, and are subject to the group discount tier applicable at the time of booking.
• For Fixed Packages, availability is subject to slot capacity on your selected date.
• For Build Your Own Yatra and Custom Packages, itinerary timings are approximate and may vary based on crowd levels, weather, and temple queue times.

• All payments — for packages, add-ons, and transportation — must be made only through the Platform.
• You must not pay any additional amount directly to any guide, driver, or temple staff (including “dakshina” or tips) for any service. All charges are handled exclusively through our official payment system.
• Transportation is charged based on actual distance travelled. An advance is collected at booking; any difference between the advance and the final fare is automatically refunded to you or collected as a balance payment through the app — never in cash to the driver.

• Guides and drivers are assigned by our team based on availability, language preference, and booking requirements.
• While we make every effort to accommodate specific requests, assignment of a particular guide or driver cannot be guaranteed.

• Travellers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup point on time. Delays may affect the day’s itinerary.
• Any special requirements (mobility needs, medical conditions, language preference) should be communicated at the time of booking.
• Travellers must comply with the dress code, security procedures, and photography restrictions at temples and heritage sites.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund, which forms part of these Terms.

• We act as a facilitator connecting travellers with guides, drivers, and tour experiences, and take reasonable care in vetting our guides and transport partners.
• We are not liable for delays, losses, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, temple closures, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
• Travellers participate in tours, boat rides, and heritage walks at their own risk and are encouraged to follow all safety guidance provided by their guide.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking, with an appropriate refund where applicable, in cases of abusive behaviour towards our staff, guides, or drivers.

Itinerary timings may be adjusted by your guide on the day of the tour due to weather, temple timings, or crowd levels, while keeping the overall experience intact.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi.
