Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel, go to My Bookings in your account and select Cancel Booking, or contact our support team with your booking ID.

• The same 48-hour / 50% cancellation rule applies to standalone transportation bookings.
• If transportation was added to a package and the entire booking is cancelled within the eligible window, the transport advance is refunded along with the package refund.
• If only the transportation portion is cancelled (package retained), the transport advance is refunded separately, subject to the same 48-hour window.

Add-ons (meals, photography, local shopping, local tours) cancelled along with the main booking follow the same 48-hour / 50% refund rule. Add-ons cancelled independently, more than 48 hours in advance, are refunded in full.

In the rare case that we need to cancel a confirmed booking (e.g., due to guide/vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a full refund, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

If your actual trip distance differs from the estimated fare paid in advance, any shortfall is refunded and any extra distance is charged, both through the app. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

2. 2 Select the relevant booking and choose Cancel Booking or Raise a Refund Request
3. 3 Our support team will confirm your eligible refund amount and process it within the timeline above
